The Lunch Pail Defense Foundation, a recently formed non-profit corporation headquartered in Blacksburg, VA, was created at the request of Coach Bud Foster. The purpose of The Lunch Pail Defense Foundation is to annually fund a need-based academic college scholarship to an eligible student from the New River Valley. In short, the eligible student will personify the focus and fortitude embodied in the spirit of “The Lunch Pail.”
