Check out my Blog! - Wow, has this really come along. I urge you to read through the blogs that I've posted since 2006. Everything's included there, from 6AM workouts during off seasons, to practice and game reviews. NEW! You can now LISTEN to my blog via Podcast - Play them Online or download to your computer or iPod!!.
What I expect:
-
Players - show up on time, practice hard every down, know your assignments, study film, etc.
-
What typically happens if players Don't prepare to my expectation? They will be passed by, by a young man that wants to do things the right way.
My Defensive Schemes:
Our base alignments come from a 4-3 look. However, we are very dynamic with our Front and Coverages. We're working on some diagrams that will show our alignments and as we approach Spring practice, we'll be posting the roster behind those positions.
Overall goal: W e want to take an aggressive approach. We want to dictate to the Offense rather than the Offense dictating to us.
Check our new position review - We'll be gaining some ground on this as we get closer to the start of the season, into Spring practice, etc. For now, see the position definitions.
